The Seller Success Department’s mission at Back Market is to source great products that our customers want, working with thousands of refurbishers selling on our platform. Within the Supply Department, the Cross-Border Sellers Team scales up the circular economy revolution by enabling a stable supply of high quality refurbished products from APAC countries to European consumers.
As a Sales Operations Intern, your main priorities are to gather seller insights on common business blockers on after sales management and act as a trustworthy bridge between internal stakeholder teams and sellers. You will be able to contribute to overall business by leading on sales enablement projects or programs that unleash the potential of sellers to scale up.
Your Mission (If You Accept It):
- Cross Functional & Internal Communication: Support the Seller Success Operations Manager to coordinate communications between internal functional teams (quality, logistics, finance, legal etc) and business team.
- Seller Communication & Webinars: be the key taskforce to lead on seller education webinars and develop Chinese content library.
- After Sales Support & Seller Feedback Mastery: be a crucial driver for improving sellers’ after sales management and support internal teams to enhance process:
- Competitive Analysis: regular study of competitors’ after sales management flow through online research and maintaining close communication with the Account Managers & the sellers community.
- Fulfilment Partners: Support the Seller Success Operations Manager to monitor logistics performance and maintain highly effective communication with our fulfillment partners:
Study sellers’ feedback on after sales cases, analyze and guide sellers to follow processes efficiently, and make escalation when needed (Seller Support Center, Care, Logistics etc.).
& Gather seller feedbacks in a systematic way, validate by probing internal data, identify common frictions and turn them into actionable insights
Support on the operations of monthly seller discount scheme, inventory agreement, technical maintenance and logistics incident escalations
You’re At The Right Place If:
- You are looking for a 6-months internship from July to December 2025
- English and Mandarin are no-brainers (fully professional capability in English, Native in Mandarin). If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you!
- Strong sense of Ownership & positive learning attitude are must-have
- Good organization & communication skills, and not afraid of writing structured documents
- Detail-oriented and patient to build a project from start to finish, and have a lot of drive with a can-do attitude
- Interested in engaging with small to medium-sized businesses and e-commerce
- Experience in content creation and live broadcasting is a plus
- Interested in fast-growing start-ups preferred
- Salesforce, SQL, and/or Tableau experience is a plus, but readiness to learn a must
