Back Market is seeking proven student creators, leaders, and self-starters to promote brand awareness and tech sustainability on campuses nationwide.
If creating your own content, promoting sustainability to your friends (and frenemies), and connecting to a larger community while gaining hands-on experience is your jam, this program is for you.
Through digital outreach, our Brand ambassadors will use their insight and creativity to raise our brand awareness among their fellow college students and friends.
Disclaimer: We’re not looking for influencers —just students who are interested in spreading the word about Back Market.
Mission
- Your mission will be to create compelling digital content promoting Back Market on your own social media channels such as Instagram or Tik Tok.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college in the US
- Willing to post from time to time every month
- Loves the Back Market brand or feels passionate about technology and sustainability
- Well-connected on campus and engaged with campus life and your peers, especially digitally
- Self-starter and impeccable communicator who thinks outside of the box
- Enjoys creating fun and engaging digital content, and has an active presence on social media channels
- Willing to keep social media profiles public for as long as you wish to participate in the program
- Comfortable engaging with new people digitally
- A problem-solver who knows when to ask for help

Recruitment process :
- It’s as easy as downloading an app (literally). After you download the app and sign up, you’ll create content promoting Back Market to share with your followers based on different missions. The more missions you complete, the more rewards and cash you earn — and the more you help cut the planet a break.
- Please note: Selected student ambassadors will receive compensation for completed missions through our dedicated app. This arrangement does not include a salaried position or employment benefits typically associated with employment contracts.
