Back Market would be nothing without our valued Sellers, who provide our customers with all the latest refurbished products. The more we grow, the more new sellers we welcome, and that's where the Seller Lifecycle team, as part of the Sellers team, comes in. By collaborating with various departments within Back Market (Operations, Support, Quality, Product, Finance, Services, etc.), we meet the needs of our sellers in the most efficient way possible, while monitoring and improving their overall performance on the platform to take the refurbished industry to the next level.
As a Sales Account Manager Intern within the Seller Lifecycle team, you will work closely with our refurbishers and support them to offer customers the best products in terms of quality and price. You will focus on various topics related to quality, compliance, seller training and knowledge, price analysis, and competition in the e-commerce sector.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT) 🥇
- Manage a portfolio of sellers (refurbishers) and be responsible for their sales and quality performance on our platform.
- Provide key insights from raw data and current situations (analyse databases, major KPI trends or qualitative data).
- Lead cross-functional projects to adapt solutions for our vendors.
- Participate in Back Market’s business growth contributing to transversal projects with the team (special projects like Black Friday, Diversification focus, etc).
YOU ARE AT THE RIGHT PLACE IF :⭐
- Looking for a 6 months internship full-time
- French and English are no-brainers (full professional proficiency). If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you!
- You ideally have a previous experience in a commercial position, if it was in the e-commerce sector it’s a plus
- You are familiar with Office and in particular Excel to manipulate data.
- Previous experience with Salesforce is a big plus
- You are well organized and communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
- You are a great team player, strong communicator and ‘get stuff done’
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP : 📜
- Starting date: July 2025
- Duration: 6 months (until December 2025)
- Full-time role (35H/week)
- Location: Paris, France
- Contract: You must have an internship agreement provided by your current French school.
