What you will do:
As the Head of Growth Marketing at Balbix, you will have a critical and highly visible role in key aspects of our products and GTM strategy. In this role, you will report to the VP of Marketing
Your responsibilities will include:
-Develop a demand generation strategy to grow our pipeline
-Build campaigns that resonate with our target persona
-Execute and measure ABM campaigns for our target accounts
-Measure demand gen activities and campaigns to determine their effectiveness
-Collaborate with Product Marketing to turn messaging into narratives
-Lead the definition, development, and execution of omnichannel campaigns that convey a cohesive narrative through both online and offline channels
-8+ years of experience in growth marketing
-Very strong communication skills
-Exceptional project management skills
-Experience executing ABM campaigns
-Familiarity with various intent-based ABM tools and their pros and cons
-Expertise in various digital channels (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and more)
-Experience using Hubspot reporting and analytics
-Must be able to work in person at our San Jose office
-Strong player-coach mindset Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
–The base pay for this role is between $175,000 - $225,000 per year. Starting base pay will depend on experience and skills, education, business experience, and work location.
