Technical Success Manager

Balto is looking for an exceptional Technical Success Manager to support the technical aspects of Balto’s customer experience. As part of Balto’s Customer Success Team, you’ll be tasked with ensuring that Balto is operating smoothly and consistently across our customer base.The ideal candidate is excited to utilize novel technology on the fly and has an interest in artificial intelligence and speech technology. In addition, they are incredibly detail-oriented and are able to navigate the complexities of enterprise businesses. Previous experience with technical support and deep customer relationships are heavily considered.

Responsibilities:

    • Guide Balto technical implementations from start to finish, including: Software installs (EXE and MSI), audio routing, auto start/stop functionality, API
    • Being the glue between the product, our Customer Success Managers and Support teams
    • URL Query strings
    • HTTP requests
    • Troubleshoot current bugs, issues, and customer outages.
    • Notify customers about application updates, service changes, and terms of service changes.
    • Appropriately manage customer relationships. 
    • Consistently hit or beat deadlines.
    • Assist customers with VoIP call ID association, Campaign Switching, APIs, Firewalls, etc
    • Own the documentation for installation and configurations 

Specific technical skills:

    • Very comfortable with the Windows operating system (7+).
    • Familiarity with basic URL requests (GET, POST, parameters, and options).
    • Familiarity with API usage, documentation.
    • Knowledge of softphone software a plus, but not required.
    • Very strong written and spoken communication skills.
