Balto is seeking our first VP of Marketing to lead our marketing team. You’re a good fit if you are an ambitious and visionary marketing leader with exceptional lead generation skills, brand building expertise, and a demonstrated background developing marketing strategy for B2B SaaS companies. 

A successful Balto VP of Marketing:
- Designs and delivers highly creative marketing strategies that launches our brand from promising technology startup to world-class market leader. 
-Has an acute understanding of modern demand generation strategies and how to implement them. 
-Has outstanding storytelling, writing, editing, and interpersonal skills. Has access to a robust personal network of industry leaders, influencers, partners, and B2B SaaS experts. 
-Knows when to roll up their sleeves and when to delegate to their team. Believes that there is no such thing as a free lunch.

Specific Qualifications

    • -7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience. Demonstrated experience successfully scaling B2B SaaS companies from series A to exit.
    • -Experience with modern marketing technology and best practices, including paid search, Salesforce (or similar CRM tool), ahrefs (or similar SEO tool), SEO, SEM, drip email marketing and virtual events. 
    • -Work locally in our St. Louis HQ preferred but not required.
