Job Summary
We’re looking to hire a Customer Retention Specialist who will nurture our clients, understand their needs, and provide creative solutions to retain their business and support our mission as we provide best-in-class HR to companies in multiple states and industries. 

What You’ll Do
Respond to inbound cancellation requests in a timely manner with empathy. Understand customer concerns and propose resolutions that retain our relationship with our clients. Take ownership of high risk customer issues and follow through to satisfactory resolution. Document, analyze, and report regularly on cancellation metrics and trends. Handle client escalations and address any potential negative social media reviews, product review sites, and BBB complaints. Provide regular feedback to Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve client retention. Provide friendly service to and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customersEnsure all communications are documented in Salesforce.
