The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for executing sales strategy; initiating contact with existing and potential customers; identifying their needs and selling appropriate merchandise to meet those needs; preparing sample packs of custom products for dealerships, including merchandise for service items, used cars, and promotional clothing apparel; and processing new account information, creating a sales write up, and following-up with client.

** This is an uncapped commission based sales role with a base salary guarantee**

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage time effectively to balance sales and customer service with prospects and new clients
Obtain signed orders for new clients and customer information sheets
Create documents for order processing and travel reports
Work together with art department and order entry concerning current clients
Call prospective customers and establish buying cycle, customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship
Increase sales in respective accounts
Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment
Collect vendor quotes for Regional Account Sales Manager
Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Ability to maintain effective and respected work relationships with customers and prospects.
Ability to present and communicate ideas and concepts in public and private, verbally and in writing.
Ability to make independent judgements which have highly significant impacts on the organization. Includes discretion with regards to pricing.
Proficient software skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Word and SalesLogix.
