BAMKO is currently seeking an assertive and analytical E-commerce Site Merchandiser who has experience working in promotional products. What YOU will do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all merchandising-related communication to and from the client.
- Update website launch timelines and keep clients up-to-date on status.
- Share best practices on processes with clients.
- Coordinate with marketing to execute campaigns and seasonal merchandising with an appropriate mix of products.
- Launch e-commerce websites based on client's brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and Marketing Calendar.
- Uploads new product, monitors inventory levels to remove out-of-stock items, and makes seasonal sequencing updates
- Issue reports for best and worst seller analysis and propose action steps
- Work closely with creative and external sourcing teams to support the acquisition of creative assets and product design.
- Review websites in both testing and production environments and ensure all product information is accurate.
- Coordinate with Implementation and Web Development team members to ensure that products are active on the site and appropriately categorized. May participate in site testing and updates.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure all inventory is received.

Who YOU are:
- Ideally has 1-2 years exp in the product sourcing industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Must work well with clients and internal teams.
- Fast learner who enjoys creative problem solving and improving processes.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to change.
- Excellent time-management skills, including the ability to work on concurrent projects and quickly prioritize completing tasks and responsibilities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines, manage stress, and prioritize effectively

Why BAMKO?
At BAMKO, we want you to be well and thrive. The compensation for this position ranges from $40,000-$75,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
