We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily operations across our production and fulfillment warehouse. The ideal candidate has a strong background in pick-pack-ship operations, inventory control, and leadership across multiple shifts. This role requires proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), specifically CIMs, and a proactive, team-focused mindset. You will help lead a team of over 100 employees, driving operational excellence, safety compliance, and performance optimization while reporting directly to the Location General Manager.
 
What YOU will do:

Warehouse Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations across 1st and 2nd shifts to ensure seamless workflows and fulfillment accuracy.
- Manage pick, pack, and ship functions to meet customer delivery standards.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and implement efficient stock handling procedures.

Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 100+ employees.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts with professionalism and efficiency.

Warehouse Management System (CIMs)
- Leverage the CIMs WMS for real-time inventory tracking, order management, and performance reporting.
- Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements based on system data.
- Ensure accuracy in stock levels and picking/packing operations.

Safety & Compliance
-Enforce OSHA standards and internal safety procedures.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Performance Monitoring
- Support the Warehouse Manager in tracking KPIs related to efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Inventory, Shipping, and Production departments to align goals and streamline processes.
- Maintain open, effective communication across all teams to support continuous improvement.

Who YOU are:
·       Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
·       1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
·       Direct experience in pick/pack processes and using WMS software (preferably CIMs)
·       Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 50+ across multiple shifts
·       Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and production workflows
·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·       Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and commitment to process improvements
·       Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety program implementation
