You’ll work hand in hand with our recruiter to provide a great candidate experience, and have the ability to participate in developing solid strategies for talent acquisition. Responsibilities
·        Ensure all candidates have a great interview experience from start to finish
·        Schedule a high volume of phone, onsite and video interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidates
·        Evaluate and screen resumes
·        Meet and greet candidates during onsite interviews
·        Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
·        Post positions to external job boards
·        Attend job fairs and career events
·        Source candidates by using database and job boards
·        Assist onboarding team with new hire process
 
Qualifications
·        1-2 years of recruiting/talent acquisition coordinator experience preferred
·        MS Office experience
·        Strong organizational skills
·        Ability to work independently
·        Excellent communication skills
·        Great ability to prioritize
·        High level attention to detail in interactions with candidates
·        Personable and able to keep a positive attitude under stressful and shifting circumstances
