Barbaricum is seeking a Logistician to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center-Philadelphia Division with the analysis of HM&E machinery and ship control systems for sensor and control data on surface ship classes. Support includes performing analytical and algorithm software; engineering, technical, logistics, and program support for the development, prototyping, implementation and in-service support of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) data analysis.

Responsibilities

    • Integrate the spectrum of the logistics processes within the operational, acquisition and wholesale environments
    • Direct the integrated logistics process, developing support policies, procedures and systems, and providing implementation guidance
    • Prepare and implement directives to ensure effective logistics support, and establishes and enforces standards to ensure that the assigned work force is properly trained and equipped
    • Develop, initiate, integrate and manage all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems and equipment

Qualifications

    • Active DoD Secret security clearance 
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field 
    • Two (2) years of experience in coordinating DoD program Integrated Logistics, supporting inventory tracking.
    • Experience developing and evaluating technical documentation and other logistics products such as technical manuals, allowable parts lists, preventative maintenance cards, and procedures
