Barbaricum is seeking a highly skilled Technical Analysis and Integration Engineer that has expertise in contributing to facilities priorities and programs to support the US Army Futures Command (AFC) Headquarters and its mission to ensure war-winning future readiness.
 
Personnel will support AFC’s HQ directorates, subordinate commands, research laboratories, innovation hubs, and Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with expertise in researching, developing, and implementing legislation, regulations, policies, plans, and operating procedures to enhance AFC's logistical capabilities.

Responsibilities

    • Coordinate maintenance, analysis, inspections, and training for AFC HQ and subordinate organizations to ensure personnel are trained and performing to standard.
    • Provide logistics and facilities integration and coordination services across the AFC Enterprise and with external stakeholders, including Army Material Command, Army Installation Management Command, Army G4, Army G9, Army Corps of Engineers, General Services Administration (GSA), etc.
    • Advise on technology-driven programs such as FMSWEB, Builder, and other AR 420-1 programs, as well as identify and explore emerging technological opportunities within the G4/9 domain.
    • Provide expert consultation to AFC senior leaders regarding logistical planning, military construction (MILCON), resource management, organizational re-design, and facility investment and improvement initiatives across AFC, the Army, and DoD.
    • Develop and support evaluation efforts for measuring process improvements, effectiveness, efficiency, outputs, outcomes, and outgrowths related to logistics and facility improvement programs.

Required Qualifications

    • Masters degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
    • Minimum of 10 years direct, relevant experience
    • Knowledge of maintenance, analysis, and training coordination for organizations
    • Experience in providing integration and coordination services across a complex enterprise
    • Familiarity with technology-driven logistics programs and emerging opportunities
    • Exceptional consultation skills, providing strategic advice to senior leaders
    • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of logistics and facility improvement programs
    • Secret Clearance Required
