Barbaricum is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for the MuTC (Muscatatuck Training Center) Cyber Program. The Project Manager for the MuTC (Muscatatuck Training Center) Cyber Program is a vital role responsible for the efficient and effective management of major projects within the program.

This includes overseeing the planning, scope, development, design, and direction of projects that support the program's objectives. The Project Manager applies extensive knowledge of management concepts, principles, methods, practices, and processes to achieve project goals. This role is pivotal in providing support for cyber testing and training events and exercises, requiring a broad technical background, a comprehensive understanding of procedures and processes, and a strong management foundation.

Responsibilities

    • Manage the coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scope, development, design, and direction of major projects for the MuTC – Cyber Program.
    • Oversee and provide support for MuTC – Cyber Program customer support for cyber testing and training events and exercises, including gathering and implementing event requirements.
    • Ensure projects receive the necessary technical services and material support, particularly in coordination with the Atterbury-Muscatatuck Directorate of Information Management (DOIM).
    • Leverage a broad technical background and experience in IT, OT, and telecommunication/RF systems in project management tasks.
    • Control and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources.
    • Work with wireless infrastructure, supporting technologies such as 802.11x, 4G, and 3G, and coordinate with external contributing agencies and internal organizational elements to establish responsibilities and set expectations.

Qualifications

    • Must possess an DoD active TS/SCI Clearance.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
    • Certification: Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the planning, scoping, development, design, and direction of major projects with broad technical requirements.
    • Demonstrated experience utilizing PMI principles in project management.
    • Proven track record working with IT, OT, and telecommunication/RF systems.
    • Experience in working with wireless infrastructure technologies including 802.11x, 4G, and 3G to support the MUTC Wireless Network.
    • Skilled in coordinating with external agencies and internal organizational elements, establishing responsibilities, and setting expectations.
    • Experience in controlling and managing project budgets and schedules.
