Barbaricum is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to lead a new effort for outreach with NGA users of current and incoming Orchestration Services capabilities to identify use-cases, user needs, and user operations to identify, refine and codify new user requirements associated with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) imagery process.

Responsibilities

    • Assist with the execution of user outreach activities as directed by the government
    • Assist with the process of capturing and reporting user feedback to the Government and Program Office
    • Support the Government's directed efforts to be able to work with customers, stakeholders, and vendors to define solutions that advance to dynamic mission requirement
    • Determine the functional requirements that are needed to fulfill the user needs and which resource to allocate the requirements
    • Support contracted government development teams in design and implementation of features to meet functional requirements
    • 20% travel required

Qualifications

    • Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 5+ years of experience working with or on various NGA and NSG workflow/TCPED systems
    • Demonstrated knowledge in NGA and external customer processes for capturing, vetting, prioritizing, and allocating requests for GEOINT data, services, and products

Experience that will set you up for success

    • Experience with planning, executing, and reporting customer outreach activities on behalf of NGA or IC activities
    • Experience in capturing and synthesizing user/customer feedback to inform requirement/backlog item definition
    • Experience with Python and databases
