Barbaricum is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client’s user base. In this role, you will provide comprehensive on-site training and user enablement for Soldiers new to the platform. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth onboarding process and continued platform support for military personnel. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world’s hardest problems.
Responsibilities
- Provide desk-side training to analysts.
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
- Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
- Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.
Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficient in demonstrating Palantir Gotham, showcasing platform features and capabilities
- Prior experience interacting with Soldiers of all ranks, fostering a respectful and supportive training environment
- Adept at independently developing and delivering engaging, tailored training materials that cater to various skill levels
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely completion
- Familiarity with the military environment and its unique challenges, enabling the development of relevant and effective training programs
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- A team player with strong collaboration skills, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally from the primary working location in Germany 25-50% of the time
- Willingness to permanently relocate to Germany
