Barbaricum seeks a SharePoint SME experienced with Knowledge Management (KM) and web development best practices for information sharing. This role will contribute to improving the digital production, business processes, and information flow of USSTRATCOM products and processes. This role will support USSTRATCOM Strategic Advisory Group (SAG) (J030) through providing recommendations to Senior Leaders to enhance KM tools, processes, and best practices.

Barbaricum currently supports the USSTRATCOM J2 and J6 organizations providing data science and software engineering services in support of USSTRATCOM intelligence missions and network engineering for C4 Systems. This position, contingent upon contract award, will expand Barbaricum’s presence in Omaha.

Responsibilities

    • Provide IT technical and creative support to briefing development as requested by the Government, including developing leading edge graphics, animation techniques, and technologies based on verbal concepts or rough sketches proposed by J030
    • Provide support to SAG members and advisors in producing high-quality presentations for senior leadership and distinguished guests
    • Provide administrative and technical support during the two semi-annual SAG Plenary meetings hosted at Offutt AFB, NE; to include briefing development, assembly of read-ahead material, and computer presentation compatibility
    • Develop, build, and maintain SAG administrative materials such as SAG membership matrix, panel matrix, and SAG calendar
    • Configure and operate conference room equipment to include Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment, GCCS-C, Smart Board operation, and video/computer projection operations
    • Provide SAG panels and members with timely technical and collaboration assistance to resolve IT hardware and software problems that arise
    • Provide technical support for all J030 maintained equipment, including classified and unclassified networked computers, unclassified public internet laptops, classified stand-alone computer systems, secure voice telephones and encrypted COMSEC material, non-secure telephones, office security systems
    • Provide Webmaster support to update and maintain the J030 unclassified and classified web sites as requested by J030
    • Maintain all SAG SharePoint websites as requested by J030 to include updates to SAG member and advisor biographies, panel and task force organization, federal charters and other Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) requirements
    • Provide support for data management as requested by the Government: archive all SAG briefings, panel meeting minutes, archives required by the FACA, and archive J030 briefings in full compliance with applicable federal law
    • Ensure that VTCs are configured, displayed, and terminated correctly and in accordance with DISN Video Services standards
    • Manage office VTC equipment in accordance with USSTRATCOM standards to include equipment maintenance, conference scheduling, connection requirements to inter-government VTC systems, and conference room de-confliction
    • File government received responses to TMT taskers to include USSTRATCOM Form 915s for USSTRATCOM J030

Qualifications

    • Active DoD Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Nuclear Command and Control (NC2) access
    • Possess at least ten (10) years’ experience in developing command-level briefings for Senior Leadership
    • Possess at least ten (10) years’ experience working with military agencies to demonstrate a complete understanding of the systems, missions, personnel, and capabilities of a broad spectrum of military weapons, vehicles, and organizations
    • Possess at least five (5) years’ experience in SharePoint site development as well as extensive knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint website software used by Government agencies
    • Defense Information System Agency (DISA) Level 1 and Level 2 certifications are required
    • Required to be certified by DISA to perform Video Teleconferences (VTCs) on DISA's Defense Information System Network Video Services (DVS) Networks
    • Possess at least three (3) years’ experience as a DISN VTC facilitator
    • Possess the ability to maintain configuration control of content and presentation on Government web sites while maintaining FACA requirements
    • Possess at least (3) three years’ experience providing training and educating customer base on applications, to include documentation such as training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and flowcharts
    • Possess at least (3) three years’ experience using technology to streamline unique business processes for the overall benefit of an organization
    • Demonstrated experience with Information Management (IM) / KM intelligence tools, processes, and activities is highly desired
    • Demonstrated experience supporting USSTRATCOM is highly desired
    • Demonstrated experience supporting a DoD J2 or similar intelligence organization is highly desired
