As an Associate Director it is the responsibility to cultivate client relationships and focus on long-term client retention and profitability.

Key responsibilities
-Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion in a fast pace environment.
-Ability to understand the buyer's journey, map, create, re-purpose content -strong skills working with agencies and vendors for creative and content marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of how to drive business and marketing through digital channels, including: paid and organic social media, email, etc.
-5 – 7 years of experience in Digital Advertising Agencies, Technology Companies or Brand Management
-Continually assess the market, identifying strategic market needs and opportunities specific to LBS’ products and services across all current and future markets.
-Track record of leveraging both internal and target audience insights work to help define the experience.
-Lives and breathes the user experience (UX) by having immersed themselves in user trends, research and live interactions.
-Compelling Storyteller: Passionate about engaging and educating clients by delivering a compelling message through deep understanding of client’s TA/users’ met and unmet needs.
-Proven ability to develop and implement strong messaging that is aligned to the client’s mission – both proactive and reactive - in order to drive excitement and energy to best serve our clients and significantly improve performance.
Technical skills
- Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services strongly preferred.
-Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once.
-Experience managing Integrated Marketing Campaigns utilizing Marketing Automation Platforms and CRM systems; such as Salesforce and Pardot.
- Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
