Account Executive

Client Partnership
An Account Executive is a person who would be a core member of the Client Partnership team that owns and fosters the client relationship and ensures all work delivered is of the highest quality both for Barefoot and the respective brand.  This particular role will oversee a lot of the team’s “always on” campaigns so s/he needs to have solid project management background mixed with the ability to have client-facing interaction
Key responsibilities
- Work seamlessly with project manager to plan and execute assigned projects
- Looking for someone with the “soft skills” to keep the internal team motivated, balanced with keeping the clients’ needs in mind
-Ability to own certain relationships on the client side within the communication team
-Ability to partner with external media buying agency
-Management of the day to day client operations
-Management of client communications: meetings, conference calls, status reports, contact reports
-Development of creative briefs and management of projects in-house to ensure the work produced meets the client need
-Ensures work is produced on time and on budget, which may include negotiation of budgets and timelines with client and internal teams
-Presents deliverables to clients; sometimes strategy, sometimes creative, sometimes analytics or other Input into financial forecasting

Key Requirements
3-5 years of digital agency experience
Should have some sort of regular interaction with web systems, including things as simple as social (Facebook/Twitter), ecommerce, blogging, file sharing, search engines or web mail.
Understanding of how websites are built (i.e., CMS experience, HTML/CSS, database or server knowledge)
Must be familiar with the basics of Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Comfortable with frequent email communication and email management
Strong written and oral communication skills
