Key Responsibilities

Work alongside account directors to proactively identify and pitch new strategic opportunities.
Influence the work through the development of brand or platform strategy, the creative brief, workshop leadership and ongoing consultation within teams.
Bring the outside in through research, new models/frameworks, and awareness of new technologies or data sources, articles and experiences.
Develop frameworks and conceptual approaches to provide guidance internally and for the client.
Create digital strategies (Content, Social, CRM, etc.) that include relevant channels, messaging, and testing plans.
Perform consumer and competitive research to understand our clients’ landscape, target audience behaviors, and KPIs.
Perform digital audits – analyzing digital experiences including content, social, CRM and media.
Through extensive qualitative and quantitative research, answer important business questions, build personas and journeys, aid digital analysts in creating reports, and find actionable business recommendations based upon data insights.
Participate and lead new business pitches.
In addition to brand strategy and insight development, this role will establish credible relationships with clients and collaborate with Account, Creative, Channel Integration and UX to shape behavior-changing experiences that will excite and engage consumers in new ways for our clients. 

Qualifications

5-10 years experience in the digital space and how it can drive business for our clients
3 years B2B and B2C client experience, Fortune 500 experience is ideal
Ability to create and deliver client-ready presentations for a wide range of audiences
Experience leading and facilitating client worksessions and briefings
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Comfortable working on ambiguous projects and capable of bringing clarity to assignment objectives, tasks, and deliverables
Comfortable working with consumer research platforms (e.g. Global Web Index, Statista, Toluna, Qualtrics, etc.)
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
