The Account Supervisor is responsible for leading Client relationships. They lead our clients by understanding their business, providing a unique perspective and a vision for driving business results and bringing the best the agency has to offer to solve their key challenges/take advantage of opportunities. They partner with internal team members to develop creative and connected solutions that drive the business results.
 
Key responsibilities
-Lead mid-level client relationships.
-Communicate agency value delivered to client’s business to ensure strength of continued relationship.
-Identify, propose and close, with support of broader team, organic growth opportunities that impact our client’s business.
-Develop and foster strong, high-performing team including recruiting, coaching, regular feedback session, career development support and work plan alignment.
-Lead and consult with direct reports on documentation of projects, including creative briefs, feedback, proposals, project agreements and client documentation.
-Support Director in the development and implementation of the vision and strategy for assigned client/s.
-Support Director in the development of the annual account plan and own key aspects of the plan to deliver agreed growth/positive client feedback.
-Build and strengthen client relationships, following up on all requests and providing pro-active solutions to address client needs.
-Recommendation sell-in to the client as well as set and manage client expectations and feedback.
-Become the subject matter expert for assigned client. Learn their business, their strengths and their competitors.
-Follow industry trends; understand competitors’ action and performance.
-Use data to identify opportunities, make recommendations, measure performance and optimize plans.
-Be fiscally responsible with account budgets and billing and prepare the appropriate paperwork before submission to the client.
-Contribute to project estimates, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure accurate time and costs. Ensure project timelines are aligned with clients and offer adequate time to meet deadlines. Flag any concerns around meeting budgets or overages.
-Understand agency capabilities and identify opportunities to use them to solve Client’s business problems.

Experience
-7+ years of experience partnering with clients in a digital agency environment, preferably at a large agency
-Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously; ability to switch quickly and comfortably between priorities
-Experience operating semi-autonomously while keeping senior team leaders informed about client business, barriers, wins etc.
-CPG industry preferred
-College Degree required
