eCommerce Marketing Specialist

This role will lead our clients’ e-tailer content and merchandising end-to-end (strategy, execution, analytics, and optimization). Given the strategic nature of the role, a qualified candidate must have a strong analytical background AND an ability to think creatively. This candidate will build and maintain how our client’s show up to the consumer online, so they should have deep knowledge of the ecommerce landscape, the best tools available, and the strategies and tactics that will take a digital footprint from basic to advanced.
Detailed Role Description
Enable a highly engaging digital merchandising experience through a strategy based on customer insights, site metrics and data.
Develop and implement content strategies and initiatives across eRetail Search Platforms (including Walmart Media Group, Amazon Marketing Services, etc)
Assists with all Amazon and eRetailer operations including creating and maintaining PDP and brand pages, A+ Content, etc.
Conduct keyword research and develop keyword & content recommendations for e-retailers optimizing your recommendation based on the nuances of each.
Develop compelling content for retailers, including writing strong headline and product copy when necessary.
Analyze KPIs (sales, conversions, clicks, CTR, SOV, CPC, etc.) to formulate insights and translate to actionable next steps to optimize performance.
Identify opportunities & develop testing plans to improve performance.
Responsible for setting and meeting ecommerce goals for each client, as well key performance drivers such as traffic, AOV, etc.
Work with agency leadership to recommend ecommerce-related tools and processes to improve efficiencies. Stay up-to-date on all things ecommerce and Amazon. Continuously seek to test new things and keep clients on the cutting edge.

3+ years of experience in ecommerce specific role
