The Channel Integration team leads Barefoot Proximity’s work in the areas of analytics, data science, predictive modeling, media, search, and consumer research. Those who excel on the team are detail oriented, highly curious, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. 

We’re looking for an Associate Director with 8+ years of experience leading digital analytics and data strategy for large clients. This team member will have an opportunity to work on everything from large, global, multi-agency clients to small, scrappy, two-person projects – leading a team from strategy through measurement, optimization, and reporting. 

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead analytics strategy, measurement, and reporting for large clients, including capabilities across all digital channels website, media, CRM, etcLead customer data strategy for large clients, leveraging 1st / 2nd / 3rd party data sources to create personalized digital experiences
    • Create and execute digital testing plans that leverage all relevant channels to achieve client goalsLead consumer and competitive research to understand our category dynamics, consumer behaviors, and client KPIs
    • Develop analytics and data strategy thought leadership, including the development of new capabilities and case studies
    • Responsible for the direction and growth of analytics and data strategy expertise across Barefoot Proximity
    • Oversee the development of client-ready reports, presentations, case studies, and other deliverables
    • Lead client-facing presentations, communication, and overall project ownershipParticipate in new business efforts
    • Manage and develop team members specializing in analytics 
    • Work with large multi-disciplinary teams (account, project management, creative, etc.) and also independently when needed 

Requirements

    • 8+ years of experience in digital measurement, analytics, and/or data strategy
    • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, Keynote
    • Past experience with personalization and A/B testing platforms like Sitecore or Google Optimize a plus
    • Past experience with reporting/dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or NinjaCat a plus
    • Past experience with digital data sources and platforms, including CDPs, DMPs, and identity resolution platforms a plus
