Senior Specialist (Data, Analytics, & SEO)

We’re looking for a Senior Specialist with 4+ years of experience of digital analytics, data strategy, and/or SEO for large clients. This team member will have an opportunity to work on everything from large, global, multi-agency clients to small, scrappy, two-person projects – leading initiatives from strategy through to measurement and optimization.
Key responsibilities
Lead analytics strategy, measurement, and optimization for large clients, including capabilities across all digital channels - website, media, CRM, etc
Lead customer data strategy for large clients, leveraging 1st / 2nd / 3rd party data sources to create personalized digital experiences
Create and execute digital testing plans that leverage all relevant channels to achieve client goals
Lead consumer and competitive research to understand category dynamics, consumer behaviors, and client KPIs
Develop analytics and data strategy thought leadership, including the development of new capabilities and case studies
Own development of client-ready reports, presentations, case studies, and other deliverables
Lead client-facing presentations, communication, and overall project ownership
Work with large multi-disciplinary teams and other agencies
For roles with an SEO focus - lead keyword research, organic search strategy, and technical on-site SEO audits for clients
4+ years of experience in digital measurement, analytics, SEO, and/or data strategy
Advanced knowledge of Google suite, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics suite or SEO tools (e.g. Brightedge, ahrefs, etc) preferred, but not mandatory
Past experience with personalization and A/B testing platforms like Sitecore or Google Optimize preferred, but not mandatory
Past experience with reporting/dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or NinjaCat preferred, but not mandatory
Past experience with digital data sources and platforms, including CDPs, DMPs, and identity resolution platforms preferred, but not mandatory
