Specialist (Media, Analytics, Search & Social)
 
Members of the Channel Integration team have deep expertise in search, media, and/or analytics and ideal candidates tend to have relevant experience in one or more of these areas.  Those who excel on our team tend to be detail oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.  We’re looking for team members who can take data from a variety of sources and create impactful recommendations to constantly make the work better.
           
Key responsibilities
·      Launch and optimize programs that support client business objectives and digital KPIs
·      Aggregate and analyze data from a variety of sources to inform hypotheses and testing/learning plans
·      Proactively identify trends in multivariate data and translate findings into prioritized actionable recommendations
·      Create digital strategies that include relevant channels, messaging, and testing plans
·      Represent Channel Integration on cross-functional teams, working with other Barefoot disciplines (creative, account management, development, etc)
·      Support multiple clients and manage simultaneous projects and deliverables
·      Create client-ready reports, presentations, case studies, and other deliverables
·      Perform consumer and competitive research to understand our clients’ landscape, target audience behaviors, and KPIs
·      Constantly improve upon your understanding of digital marketing
 
Requirements
·      2-3 years experience creating and measuring media, search, and social campaigns
·      The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of one or more of the following: SEO, Paid Search, Media Strategy/Buying, Content Strategy, or Analytics
·      Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint
·      Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords, Google Tag Assistant, BrightEdge, browser console debugging, social listening and analytics tools, consumer behavior and research tools, or APIs is a plus
