Now, we’re looking for a creative and driven Customer Marketing Specialist to help our customers look amazing online—and grow their practices.

About the Role:
As a Customer Marketing Specialist, you’ll work directly with our customers to launch and grow their digital presence. You’ll design websites, manage branding, set up domains, run social and search ads, create content, and more. You’ll be both the creative brain and the friendly face behind our customer-facing marketing services. We move fast—so we’re looking for someone who can keep up with a fast-paced startup, juggle multiple projects at once, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every customer interaction.

What You’ll Do:
Create and manage customer websites on website platforms (domain setup included)
Design branded marketing assets using Canva—social posts, banners, flyers, and more
Set up and manage Google Business Profiles for visibility and patient acquisition
Run Google and Facebook Ads to drive new patient traffic to customer sites
Support local SEO strategy through keyword research, metadata optimization, and map listings
Create content calendars and post on social media on behalf of customers
Write short-form content, including website copy, social captions, emails, and blog posts
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and patient retention
Talk directly with customers to understand their goals, gather input, and deliver amazing results
Keep multiple customer projects organized and on track with strong time management skills
Oversee the planning and distribution of customer anniversary gifts

What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years in digital marketing, creative services, or customer-facing marketing roles
Experience building websites and managing domains (no coding needed)
Familiarity with Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and basic SEO tools
Ability to write clean, clear, professional marketing copy
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excited by the idea of working closely with customers and building their brand
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous in your work
Quick to learn new tools and adapt to changing processes or technologies
Capable of managing multiple customer projects simultaneously without missing a beat
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you know how to ask the right questions and keep customers in the loop

Bonus Points If You:
Have experience marketing for healthcare or small businesses
Are familiar with tools like Mailchimp, Pardot, Google Analytics, or Semrush
Have worked in a startup or client service environment
Can show off a portfolio of design, writing, or campaigns you’ve worked on
Can think beyond individual deliverables and bring ideas for how we scale our customer marketing services as we grow
