ABOUT THE TEAM
The Analytical Operations team is responsible for progressing, standardizing and fortifying Basis' analytical capabilities by providing guidance and support to Basis' client facing teams throughout the country. This team is charged with improving existing analytical processes and formulating new strategies to bring data and analytics into the forefront of Basis' day-to-day offering. We work closely with teams throughout the country and are often called upon to provide analytical expertise in client meetings, presentations, and pitches.
This position will be responsible for driving the implementation, standardization and overall success of the processes and procedures put in place by the Analytical Operations team. This ranges from large and small scale data management within a dashboard tool, audience data capture and distribution usage and monitoring, and CRM targeting. As the Analytical Operations Specialist, you will work very closely with members of the strategy team as well as clients to identify areas where improvement is needed, recommend solutions to address these areas, and implement them across campaigns.
WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
- Leading internal and external conversations about analytical capabilities
- Providing support and assisting Basis's client-facing teams & clients
- Assisting in the management of Basis's data visualization tool
- Assisting in driving the adoption, rollout, and evolution of audience data capture and distribution and acting as subject matter expert
- Developing new processes and procedures to support Basis's analytical and operational capabilities
- Aiding in driving the implementation of existing analytical processes and procedures
- Mentoring junior member(s) of the Analytical Operations team
- Working closely with members of the technology team to drive and operationalize analytical solutions
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 2+ years of Marketing, Advertising, or Analytics experience
- Strong independent thinking
- Proven communication skills
- Proven organization skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and be a team player
- Adaptable/Flexible
- Enjoys fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) and some data visualization tool
- SQL proficiency

$60,608 - $86,366 a year
To maintain compliance with U.S. pay transparency laws, Basis provides a broad salary range that reflects a typical compensation range for the role, level, and varying cost of labor in most U.S. locations, and therefore will not be applicable to all candidates or hires. Recruiters will provide adjusted salary ranges to each candidate based on their actual location.
