ABOUT THE TEAM
The Client Analytics team is the external face of Basis Technologies' analytical offering. The team has a passion for analytics, performing in-depth analysis, and are viewed as experts when it comes to data strategy. As trusted advisors to both our internal teams and clients, our time is split between diving deep into rows of data to derive insights and educating our clients on KPIs, tools, and evolving analytical methodologies. Among our supportive team network, you can often find us showing off the latest custom analysis, newest analytical methodology, or custom code that makes us proud.

As part of Basis' Client Analytics team, you will be responsible for the fulfillment of reporting and monitoring on a subset of client business. You will possess analytical skills; including the ability to analyze raw data, interpret media performance, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications. 

WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

    • Analyze digital media campaign performance across platforms (e.g., Basis, GCM, Meta, Google Ads), with a focus on understanding results against benchmarks and identifying key trends across programmatic, search, and social campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Media Ops, Ad Ops) to define and track key performance metrics, contributing to the development of campaign measurement strategies and optimization planning.
    • Prepare and deliver templated reporting decks and client CPR walk-throughs, clearly communicating insights and supporting strategic decision-making in collaboration with ICS and channel leads.
    • Own and maintain client performance dashboards and reporting for executional accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights that align with campaign objectives and client needs.
    • Conduct QA and basic troubleshooting on custom dashboards, escalating platform or data issues appropriately and collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
    • Learning the intricacies of the digital measurement landscape.
    • Assisting the Ad Operations Specialist team with tracking needs & discrepancy management
    • Monitoring the performance of digital media campaigns against established benchmarks using a number of reporting platforms, including Basis' Basis platform and others like Google Campaign Manager, Facebook, & Google AdWords
    • Providing reporting that highlights the effectiveness of digital media campaigns including display, mobile, video, and RTB buys
    • Working directly with Sales, Media Operations Specialist/Associate, and Ad Operations teams to define campaign key performance metrics
    • Analyzing the performance of digital media campaigns and providing strategic tactical insight and optimization recommendations to the account team
    • Organizing post-campaign data and insight into compelling wrap-up reporting & presentations
    • Assisting Performance Analyst team with trending and optimization analysis & providing insight for client deliverables
    • Understanding what it means to cultivate “Raving Fan” service through quality of work & service

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher
    • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Analytics or any training/certification in GA)
    • Exposure to SQL or other coding systems

$56,350 - $77,763 a year
This salary range reflects a typical compensation range for the role and level in most U.S. locations. Final compensation offered will depend on your location, experience, and skills. Total compensation may also include bonuses, equity, and competitive benefits.
