What does it take to be prepared for ministry? Here at BattleCreek, we believe that the holistic development of an individual in every area of life along with extensive training will take help someone to be filled with clarity on how to fulfill what their next step in ministry is.

That is why the BattleCreek internship was created. The internship wants to see ministers not just survive but flourish throughout their life in ministry. Our interns accomplish this by utilizing the experience of others, hands on leadership opportunities, and holistic development.

The BattleCreek Central Internship is for hard-working and driven young adults (must be at least 18 years old) who are ready to gain valuable ministry experience while developing in their leadership.

God placed a calling on your life and when you pursue an internship at BattleCreek, the experience you receive will help you to find clarity on how to pursue your calling.

As a central intern, you’ll get 1-on-1 training from one of our staff members, gain ministry experience, hands on leadership opportunities, and holistic development. The BattleCreek central internship was created to help young adults develop as leaders, grow spiritually, know your calling, sharpen your skills, gain real life ministry experience, and be prepared to serve in the local church.

BattleCreek is currently seeking young adults who feel called to full-time ministry but may not have full-time ministry experience. Interns will have the opportunity to develop under some of the best leaders and work in a team environment that encourages overall growth.

Full-time Central Internship start dates: September 16, 2024 (Application Deadline: July 28, 2024)

Full-time internships are 6 months long and are full-time (40 hours a week). Interns will develop spiritually, personally, and professionally through hands-on experience, book discussions, staff training events, and other ministry opportunities

Interns can choose their area that they are interested in. Areas for internships include: HR, Creative (social media, graphic design, photography, content development, marketing, & communication), Production, Facilities, IT, Outreach (local & global), Young Adults, Haven (our special needs ministry).

Full-time Interns are paid hourly and are considered full-time temporary employees of BattleCreek. This internship is located at our Central Office at the BattleCreek Church Broken Arrow location.

$15 - $15 an hour
