Bazaarvoice is looking for a Client Success Director, Strategic Retail Accounts. Our Client Success Directors are our deep business specialists and are responsible for delivering exceptional strategy and business support to our clients.  We are looking for an individual who is passionate about client service, about solving business problems and enjoys regularly exceeding client expectations.

This Client Success Director will be part of the Strategic Retail Accounts Team UK, serving our largest customers in the UK.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Acts as business success expert in educating, guiding and support clients as they progress through the Bazaarvoice lifecycle
    • Delivers well-crafted responses to clients’ requests for strategic and/or program health analysis, with limited management oversight
    • Provides guidance and consulting for marketing best practices and ROI analysis for clients to gain the most value from their program with Bazaarvoice
    • Initiate outbound touch points with clients to drive Bazaarvoice lifecycle campaign success
    • Responsible for writing knowledge articles to continually expand and improve Bazaarvoice’s internal and external assets
    • Maintains client loyalty by serving customers above and beyond their expectations
    • Uses tools and troubleshooting techniques and exercises good judgement in decision-making in order to routinely deliver exceptional client support at all times
    • Understands the client experience and is proficient in the tools that clients interface with
