The retail partner marketing manager will create and drive our marketing strategy of our retailer network across Bazaarvoice’s ecosystem. The role will focus on the expansion of retailer advocacy programs. The best candidate will have Retail Marketing experience and the ability to work across stakeholders in sales, product marketing, and client success to design high-impact programs that drive pipeline and effective collaboration. Strong candidates will be self-starters who can build strategies and playbooks that drive success that can then scale to international markets. 
 

What you'll be doing:

    • Plan, execute, and report on retail marketing programs. These can include retailer-sponsored events, Bazaarvoice-hosted roadshows, webinars, partner case studies, email campaigns, and digital marketing campaigns. 
    • Collaborate with Bazaarvoice’s marketing teams to create compelling content geared towards large retailers. This can include webinars, fact sheets, website landing pages, and more. 
    • Create, manage, optimize, and report on retailer-driven brand acquisition marketing campaigns.
    • Assist with retailer partner enablement through education, content development, advocacy program creation, and more.
    • Coordinate and maximize retailer involvement in Bazaarvoice events and industry events where Bazaarvoice participates.

Who you are:

    • 5+ years experience of Retailer marketing or equivalent experience marketing to large retailers
    • Comfortable working with senior leadership
    • Experience presenting to executive level decision makers
    • Track record of building marketing strategies that achieve corporate objectives
    • Analytical and reporting skills
    • Self-starter, able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and with external partners
    • Knowledge of lead flow process and familiarity with tools like Marketo & Salesforce
    • Experience in SaaS/B2B/high-tech a plus
$80,000 - $100,000 a year

At Bazaarvoice, we carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. We also take geography into consideration when we can but are not able to accommodate every location when determining our ranges. These considerations mean that compensation can vary. That said, we expect the base salary for this position to be in the range to be as listed above and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will also be eligible for additional compensation incentives including an annual bonus and other great benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the salary ranges and total compensation package during the hiring process.
