The result is smarter shopping: loyal customers, increased sales, and improved products.

The problem we are trying to solve : Brands and retailers struggle to make real connections with consumers. It's a challenge to deliver trustworthy and inspiring content in the moments that matter most during the discovery and purchase cycle. The result? Time and money spent on content that doesn't attract new consumers, convert them, or earn their long-term loyalty.

Our brand promise : closing the gap between brands and consumers.

Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing – North America, you will work closely with field marketing managers, sales, global campaign and content teams, and other marketing functions to execute regional programs and events that align with business goals. You’ll help localize global campaigns and support regional field efforts across our customer base—from small and mid-sized brands to large enterprise accounts.

What You'll Do:

    • Support the planning and execution of field marketing programs, including webinars, virtual and in-person events, roadshows, executive dinners, trade shows, and third-party sponsorships.
    • Coordinate logistics and operations for field campaigns and events, including venue booking, vendor management, shipping, tech setup, and event follow-up. Inclusive of travel to events (expected 25-40% travel, dependent on the season)
    • Collaborate with sales teams (Sales Development Reps, Account Executives, Account Directors) to support execution of account-based marketing (ABM) and vertical-specific campaigns.
    • Partner with global marketing to localize messaging, content, and campaign tactics to fit the needs of the North America region and its segments.
    • Assist in creating regional sales enablement materials and follow-up assets to support campaign conversion and pipeline acceleration.
    • Track and report on campaign performance metrics like attendance, MQLs, source/influenced pipeline, sourced/influenced bookings and revenue using systems like Salesforce and Marketo.
    • Help maintain field marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign trackers, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and timelines.
    • Provide logistical support for strategic partner marketing efforts, including joint events or co-branded campaigns.

What You'll Bring:

    • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, field/event marketing, or campaign coordination—ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, vendors, and deadlines.
    • A collaborative and proactive mindset with a passion for supporting sales and customer engagement.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and event tools (Goldcast) is a plus.
    • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, matrixed marketing environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
