As a Senior Technical Content Developer, you will join a highly talented global Research and Development Team focused on delivering high-quality content that enlightens our clients and inspires them to do more with our solutions.
You won’t do it alone; in this role, you will enjoy the support of other content developers and a network of passionate subject-matter experts.  We’re a close-knit team, working on a rapidly evolving suite of solutions, and we’re seeking someone who is ready to bring creativity and enthusiasm to help take our client experience to the next level. We are looking for someone who understands how to make technical content clear, concise, and relevant.
Our clients must be able to quickly and easily integrate our solutions with their websites.
Our team ensures that written guidance in Bazaarvoice solutions is clear, consistent, and improves client understanding. We further develop the knowledge resources that clients and support personnel rely on to implement and use BV solutions.
During the development and rollout process, you'll play a key role in a partnership with engineers, product managers, and services teams.

How do we measure success?
New solutions ship with top-notch implementation and technical content (written and video)
Internal and external clients rate highly the quality of the knowledge assets we provide
Support cases tied to questions or inquiries about our solutions decrease over time
Our services teams can successfully use our resources to reduce the time needed to coach clients
Our site and resources are continuously availableOur platform and content consistently scales and improves

Who’s our ideal candidate?  
You have:
5 years’ minimum experience authoring high-quality knowledge content
Strong experience developing and optimizing knowledge content for online delivery
Proven ability to integrate complex ideas, strategies, and operational models into content that holistically solves clients’ needs

Experience with:
Source control (such as Git)HTML, CSS,JavaScript (preferred qualification)
Working with single-source documentation processes, including the translation process to multiple languages

You can:
Interface with product managers, software engineers, and services groups to execute timely delivery of knowledge assets
Make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward
Meet deadlines and complete multiple projects on aggressive schedules
Review documentation and provide constructive feedback to your peers

You are:
Self-driven and resourceful
Able to achieve goals independently as well as work well in matrixed groups
Flexible and adjust easily to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities
Samples of original content development work are required.
