Senior Product Manager


What you’ll be doing:

In cooperation with one of our Managers of Product Management (that’s a lot of management in one phrase), you’ll be working on our answers products that allow our clients, the brands and retailers, the opportunity to respond to consumer questions and concerns. This goes hand in hand with our ratings and review product, Conversations. Getting this right hugely impacts our client's bottom line since it's been proven that responding to reviews increase consumer’s intent to purchase by 187%. Not to mention, you’ll be providing solutions to a who’s who client-list that anyone would be proud to claim.
- Lots of client discovery and client interaction as well as working closely with our software development teams on coming up with new and improved solutions
- Writing user stories in Jira
- Guiding the future of our core product, Conversations

30/60/90 days:
- evaluating our answers products, including our in-house product, Connections as well as the 3rd party providers.
- understanding how clients are using it. Identifying what the pain points are.
- crafting a long term solution about how we remove the hurdles as well as work on a scalable solution.

Who you are:

You are an articulate, talented and collaborative Product Manager with empathy for the user and can translate that to actionable user stories.  An entrepreneurial background or experience in a high-growth start-up would be an awesome bonus. You should be comfortable speaking tech and leading those conversations with engineering teams.
