Who We Are 
BB2 Digital and Technology Services Ltd (t/a Nomo Fintech) is a cloud-based business-to-business Fintech company which owns the digital platform that powers the digital retail banking services of Bank of London and The Middle East plc (“BLME”), branded Nomo (available on iOS and Android), and provides various other services to BLME. 

Nomo Fintech is currently in scale-up mode to support international digital banking across the GCC, and it’s an incredibly exciting time to join the business with great ambition and an effective combination of talent, culture, and world class technology. 

Nomo Fintech leverages the support services of an intragroup entity based in Dubai which houses various functions to support Nomo Fintech’s business services. 
Role Description
As a Copywriting Intern at Nomo Fintech, you will work closely with our marketing and UX design teams to craft compelling and effective content for Nomo Bank. Your words will shape the user experience, promote our brand, and engage our audience across various channels.

**Please note this is a 6-week full time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) unpaid internship and requires 3 days a week in our Canary Wharf office**

What you’ll be creating:
Blog Posts:
- Write informative and engaging blog posts on topics related to consumer lifestyle, including travel, investments and digital banking.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and valuable to our readers.
Social Media posts:
- Create captivating copy for social media posts and advertisements that drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure cohesive and visually appealing ads.
User Journeys:
- Develop clear and concise content that guides users through their journey with Nomo’s products, from onboarding to everyday banking.
- Working with the product designers to ensure all touchpoints are consistent and enhance the overall user experience.
Customer Emails:
- Craft personalised and effective email communications for various customer segments and campaigns.
- Focus on increasing customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through well-written content.
Website Content:
·      Write and edit content for Nomo Bank’s website, ensuring it is informative, engaging, and aligns with our brand voice.
·      Work with the UX design team to ensure content enhances the user experience and aids in navigation and conversion.
- Must have a degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or a Humanities subject in which writing long-form essays are an integral part.
- Must have perfect grammar in written English.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong writing skills and an understanding of digital marketing and UX design principles.
- Will need to complete a writing task as part of the interview process.
