Beacon Biosignals is on a mission to revolutionize precision medicine for the brain. We are the leading at-home EEG platform supporting clinical development of novel therapeutics for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders. Our FDA 510(k)-cleared Dreem EEG headband and AI algorithms enable quantitative biomarker discovery and implementation. Beacon’s Clinico-EEG database contains EEG data from nearly 100,000 patients, and our cloud-native analytics platform powers large-scale RWD/RWE retrospective and predictive studies. Beacon Biosignals is changing the way that patients are treated for any disorder that affects brain physiology. 

We are seeking a customer-focused Senior Program Manager to join us in our mission to make brain monitoring easily accessible, interpretable, and actionable. As a Senior Program Manager, you'll work with neurologists, research scientists, data scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality, reproducible analysis products that drive advancements in brain heath. This role reports to the Program Management Director and is in our Business Development domain.

Beacon's robust asynchronous work practices ensure a first-class remote work experience, but we also have in-person office hubs located in Boston, New York and Paris.

What success looks like:

    • Work with the team to develop project plans and execute those plans to timelines and budget
    • Adapt plans to changing customer needs and/or changes in analysis approach as new findings are revealed
    • Serve as a primary contact point for the customer, ensuring timely response and communication
    • Ensure appropriate and timely decision-making
    • Support data collection from customers and collaborators, and ensuring compliance to data onboarding protocols
    • Ensure compliance with operating procedures and standards for data extraction processes, visualization and data governance
    • Document and organize requirements, success criteria, milestones and deliverables for projects

    • You're known for catching little errors and inconsistencies that affect the quality of a deliverable
    • You've successfully managed complex projects that require the involvement of cross-functional teams and/or you've unsuccessfully done so and know what went wrong and what you'd do differently
    • When presented with data and charts, you research and ask questions until you understand what the chart is saying
    • You are interested in learning more about the pharmaceutical industry and clinical trials
    • You are interested in learning more about analytics, statistics, and/or machine learning
