The Role:
Beam is looking for a Senior Recruiter and Talent Advisor to join our dynamic, candidate-centric people team.  In this role, you will contribute to recruiting for our organization as well as influence Beam’s talent acquisition program, strategy, and best practices as we continue to scale rapidly.  You’ll participate in full-cycle recruiting, becoming knowledgeable about our teams and their needs as well as acting as an advocate for all candidates throughout the interview process at Beam as we achieve smart, sustainable growth throughout our business.

The ideal candidate has owned previous initiatives within a recruitment team and can point to their impact, whether internal or external, in more than just hiring. What you will do:

    • Full-desk recruiting for a variety of roles - managing pipelines, scheduling, and coordinating with candidates
    • Creatively source and attract passive talent to maintain full candidate pipelines
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for hiring managers to consult and build out interview processes for new roles
    • Create, implement, and lead initiatives to continually improve Beam’s talent acquisition efforts
    • Leverage metrics to empower your own recruiting methods, increase efficiency, and inform hiring managers
    • Collaborate with fellow People Team members on best practices in the talent acquisition space at Beam

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • 5+ years of full-scale recruiting experience in a fast-paced high-growth technology-oriented environment or comparable experience
    • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, and data-driven recruiting practices
    • Solid track record of successfully filling a range of positions, including leadership roles, while working with passive talent
    • Prior experience in developing and implementing recruiting initiatives and documenting their impact
    • Outstanding organizational and critical thinking skills with a knack for process-driven problem solving
    • Exemplary communication skills with an emphasis on honest, empathetic, and clear interactions with candidates and hiring managers
    • Experience sourcing for candidates using traditional and creative means
    • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Greenhouse, or BambooHR
    • Ability to manage both internal and external logistics during the interview process (administration and coordination with both candidates and hiring managers)
