The Role:

We are excited to expand our Beam Client Success organization by bringing on an Implementation and Enrollment Manager.   This role will help you establish and grow your leadership capabilities within Beam’s Client Success organization providing you with coaching and development to lead a highly successful team who engage in the first mile of our customer journey in this fast-paced environment.

As the Beam Implementation & Enrollment Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that builds and maintains onboarding strategies with our brokers, customers (groups), and cultivates relationships with sales representatives and our client success managers along with other internal teams (customer support, marketing, billing, etc.) to assist with the implementation & onboarding process of new and existing clients.   Your team will assist the broker and customer through their enrollment strategy, providing needed materials and support throughout the process.   This position will be responsible for meeting enrollment objectives and goals while also delivering an exceptional first mile experience.

What You Will Do:

    • Your team will engage immediately at deal closure and will assess impacts and opportunities, collaborating with sales and support leadership while acting as a subject matter expert in consulting with the customer and broker regarding their needs and expectations in support of an exceptional enrollment process.
    • Your team will direct the entire enrollment process, on behalf of the client, working with brokers, plan administrators and internal business partners to facilitate employee enrollment and ensure the client workforce is educated on available benefits.
    • You and your team will provide education, information, and training in support of Beam’s products & services (including sales support tools, marketing ideas, etc.) to assigned Brokers and Plan Administrators.
    • You will build and maintain business relationships through effective communication via email, phone and in person with internal/external stakeholders in a customer centric and professional demeanor.
    • Identifies, recommends and champions process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality.

What Skills Will Help You Be Successful:

    • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) 
    • Management experience a plus but not required
    • 3 - 5+ Years’ experience group insurance or implementation experience preferred
    • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google applications
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to be consultative with internal/external stakeholders
    • Demonstrated strong relationship management skills; proven ability to develop collaborative approaches
    • Travel Requirements - 25%
