The Role:

As an Invoicing Coordinator, you will be supporting Beam Dental’s Invoicing and Credit & Collections experiences for our Brokers and Groups.  You will be responsible for resolving all stakeholder issues or questions regarding any Group’s Invoicing by providing accurate, relevant information in addition to resolving complex requests.  These requests include, but are not limited to Invoicing, Chargebacks, Delinquency and Group Termination questions and issues.

    • 1+ years experience in an accounting or billing role
    • Demonstrated track record of completing large amounts of important work

What You Will Do:

    • Answer and process a high-volume of incoming Invoicing questions and issues in a supportive, empowering and innovative manner, meeting and exceeding all SLA expectations
    • Take ownership of Invoicing requests including issues, both simple and complex, and resolve them quickly and completely, utilizing best-in-class service
    • Work closely with other departments (Claims, Finance, Product Support) to resolve complex invoicing issues and provide regular updates to all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with other members of the Operations team to identify, streamline, and implement process standards that enhance service delivery and customer experience for our Brokers and Groups concerning our Invoicing process
    • Provide accurate, relevant, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
    • Stay up-to-date on local, state and federal law changes in the insurance field
    • Perform other duties/projects as assigned
