The Role:

As Beam’s member base continues to scale quickly, there is an increased focus on providing a consistent, world-class dental benefits experience, ultimately resulting in high retention and continued customer expansion. We are looking for a Deal Desk Manager to assist in the advertising and selling of Beam’s products and to create competitive advantages for Beam in the market industry.

To be a successful Deal Desk Manager you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

What You Will Do:

    • Become our Product and Market Expert 
    • Provide insight and strategize with product developers to ensure proper product market fit 
    • Close Mid to Large market clients
    • Pipeline management and forecasting opportunities over $50,000 
    • Work with, as the expert, a team of Sales Director and Market Development Executives (MDE) to strategize and close key opportunities
    • Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
    • Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports
    • Strategize implementing new sales plans, ancillary lines, and promotions to drive market share in key areas
    • Coach and develop MDEs with product knowledge and sales skills Maintains and improves technical knowledge through continuing education
