We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to join us and make a major impact across all areas of Finance. This role will be instrumental in building, iterating, and scaling our team, with a specific focus on go to market strategy, pricing strategy, and other key company strategies.

What You Will Do:
- Lead the creation, refinement, and maintenance of various financial models
- Make recommendations to optimize processes and drive improvements throughout Finance
- Support Corporate Development efforts with senior leadership as they arise
- Support the formulation, implementation and reporting of our go to market strategy with a focus on setting and tracking sales targets and incentive compensation
- Support our pricing function as they develop and implement our product strategy
- Analyze our unit economics on key performance indicators like LTV/CAC and payback period as well as generating proposals to improve those KPIs
- Provide analytic and strategic support to our claims forecasting and operations
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as needed to support management decisions
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree and 6+ years of experience
- Experience in strategic finance, management consulting, or investment banking preferred
- Experience with insurance, structured finance, or SaaS is preferred but not required
- Strong presentation and communication skills with experience creating high value materials in Slides/PowerpointFamiliarity with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, VBA, or Python is a plus
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, including annual budgets and monthly forecasts
- Experience with advanced excel modeling required.
- CPA / CFA is a plus
$115,200 - $184,200 a year
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.
