The Role:

The Client and Member Marketing Specialist will assist the Client and Member Marketing Manager in the execution, development, and measurement of client- and member-based marketing programs. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and be able to manage multiple projects in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

    • Provide assistance to the Client and Member Marketing Manager
    • Develop materials that support retention, cross-sell, and enrollment marketing programs
    • Conduct informational customer interviews and secure testimonials
    • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure the timely delivery of program materials
    • Conduct research, compile information, organize, schedule, and keep track of items and timelines related to client and member-focused marketing programs
    • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to newsletters, educational videos, webinars, and email cadences
    • Stay up to date with industry trends

What Skills Will Help You Be Successful:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred
    • 2-3 years prior marketing experience
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
    • Ability to take direction to help build and launch marketing programs
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Willingness to learn and grow
