The Role:

Beam’s Revenue Operations team is focused on acquiring new strategic sales opportunities through Brokers and Members/Associations.  Once those deals are secured, you will be responsible for the successful execution, driving initiatives across a diverse variety of internal stakeholders. You will be deployed into business units to help manage the ideation and planning of strategic deals, identify and close operational gaps, and create and maintain leadership relations to enable outcomes that are critical to Beam's Revenue Organization's success.

What You Will Bring:

    • 2+ years of experience as a project manager in a startup environment
    • Proficiency in owning cross-functional projects from start to finish and delivering results
    • Experience in agile development environments
    • Knowledge of softwares including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk
    • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, management, and senior leadership
    • Able to navigate somewhat ambiguous situations, identify and solve for blockers, and know when to escalate to keep the project moving forward
    • Comfortable with identifying opportunities for operational improvements and creating business cases to validate them
    • Attention to detail and a proven track record of being able to manage multiple, competing initiatives simultaneously
    • Knowledge and proficiency with Project Management tools

What You Will Do:

    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of large deal implementations
    • Assist in developing and processing the team strategy and to execute actions in accordance with it
    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
    • Maintain a dialogue with upper management regarding project execution and strategy
    • Manage the relationship with supported teams and all stakeholders
    • Manage all lifecycle stages for large/strategic deals from ideation through implementation, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood, and executed on time
    • Own and drive the project roadmap and work with business units to prioritize deliverables
    • Translate strategies into objectives, key results, and quantifiable performance metrics
    • Leading the execution and facilitation of strategic initiatives
    • Stakeholder / Executive management (Director, Manager, C-Suite)
    • Developing and delivering executive level communications.
    • Leverage change management best practices

What Skills Will Help You Be Successful:

    • BA/BS degree and 2+ years of experience in an operations or analytics role
    • PMP Certified
    • Experience working with a range of software and technology tools supporting a revenue organization (e.g. CRM, sales automation, analytics tools)
    • Experience working in an Agile environment
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage your complex set of projects related to company Objectives and Key Results
    • Initiative and a pattern of self-driven decision making based on data
    • Willingness to assist the Revenue Operations team in day-to-day functions when they are at maximum bandwidth
    • Experience with startups / growing businesses and/or SaaS preferred, but not required
    • Knowledge of a range of data analytics tools including data visualization or business intelligence software
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic (read: sometimes chaotic) environments
