The Opportunity
Run the recruitment engine. Hire A-players. Be the reason our team wins.

You’ll be part of a small internal recruitment team (3 people) working across our group of growing industrial businesses. You’ll work directly with the founder and exec team on high-value hires – from frontline to manager – and run each role end-to-end: ads, outreach, interviews, assessments, and offers. It’s high-trust, fast-paced, and process-driven. You’ll be respected as a key team member, not treated as HR admin.

The Role
This is a hands-on recruitment role with real scope. Your mission: run a high-quality, high-trust recruitment engine that consistently brings in A-players.

You'll be responsible for:
📢 Job ads – post job ads and set up campaigns (Seek, LinkedIn, etc).
🧲 Sourcing – direct outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
🔎 Screening – desktop reviews, phone screens, coordination.
📊 Assess – schedule and track PI, OMG, and case studies.
🕵️ Evaluate – run interviews and reference checks (or coordinate as needed).
⚙️ System – maintain structured workflow, clean records, and accurate reporting in our ATS.
🤝 Collaborate – support hiring managers and execs, help guide decisions.
🛎️ Experience – provide a concierge journey for top-tier candidates.

You’ll be part of a small internal recruitment team (3 people) working across our multiple businesses. You will report to the Lead Recruiter.

✅ Has 5–10 years’ recruiting experience (internal or agency).
✅ Lives within 30 minutes of Embleton (for an easy commute).
✅ Has strong white-collar internal recruitment experience (not just agency).
✅ Likes working with execs and running things end-to-end.
✅ Doesn’t get emotionally attached to candidates – it's all about hiring the best A-player talent.
✅ Values high standards, clear process, and structured systems.
