The Opportunity
Beaver Global is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to manage procurement and purchasing activities that keep our supply chain moving. Youβll be responsible for supplier management, order accuracy, and ensuring the right products are sourced and delivered on time.
This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys negotiating with suppliers, preparing and issuing quotes for both suppliers and clients, and takes pride in keeping purchasing operations efficient and reliable.
What Youβll Do
π Raise and manage purchase orders end-to-end.
π€ Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best pricing and terms.
π¬ Prepare and provide quotes for clients as part of procurement support.
π Track, expedite, and resolve supply issues to keep operations running smoothly.
π Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier data in ERP systems.
π Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance to align supply and demand.
About You
πΌ Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain administration.
π£οΈ Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers.
π» Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems and Excel.
