The Role
You’ll own the end-to-end execution of everything that keeps the office and team operations humming – no gaps, no surprises, no fuss.

Key responsibilities:
🧠 Executive team support – make the exec team sharper and faster. Anticipate needs, run diaries, coordinate travel, do research, prepare documents, and keep follow-up actions moving.
🏢 Office management – keep our Perth HQ running like clockwork – modern, professional, and friction-free – so the team can stay focused and productive without distractions.
🏭 Facilities management – oversee facility operations across three (soon four) sites nationally. Own supplier coordination, facility maintenance, and office-based HSE compliance.
👨‍💼 HR support – manage templates and reminders, keep onboarding and check-ins on track, and maintain clear, consistent employee records.
🗝️Private office support – support the Owner’s private investments with trusted personal admin help – documents, deadlines, and coordination with external advisors.
🛠️ Special projects – lead internal upgrades with precision – fit-outs, relocations, safety systems, team tools.
This is a role for someone who loves order, delivers without being chased, and takes pride in running a tight, professional ship.
