The Opportunity
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in getting things done efficiently and accurately.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where you will be responsible for keeping things running smoothly across different teams. You will be a key part of our office administration function, ensuring customer requests, orders, and internal processes are handled efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
βοΈ Handling customer emails with a friendly and helpful approach.
π οΈ Preparing quotes and processing orders accurately.
π Coordinating with suppliers, including expediting orders.
π€ Supporting the sales and technical teams with administrative tasks.
βοΈ Liaising with operations and finance teams to keep everything aligned.
π Keeping records up to date in our business systems.
About You
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team. You like having clear processes to follow and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You are comfortable working with systems and technology, and you get satisfaction from helping teammates and customers.
Weβre looking for someone who:
πΌ Has 5+ years of experience in a similar office administration, customer service, or sales support role.
π₯οΈ Is comfortable working with business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, email, data entry).
