Bedrock Energy is on a mission to transform the heating & cooling of buildings, using geothermal energy to radically reduce costs for people and the environment. We know that the earth underneath our cities holds extraordinary, untapped capacity to accelerate the clean energy transition, and Bedrock is gathering exceptional talent to scale this carbon-free, hyper-efficient, ultra-safe geothermal energy to buildings throughout the world. We seek to work with creative, collaborative, proactive team members who inspire us with their high standards of excellence, integrity, and commitment to our shared mission. We welcome you to join the Bedrock Energy team in empowering one another to innovate together, as we decarbonize buildings everywhere.

As the Chief of Staff at Bedrock Energy, you will directly support the CEO in setting corporate strategy, conducting industry research, managing cross-functional projects, communicating to internal & external stakeholders, tracking strategic performance metrics, securing financing, and identifying & executing on special projects as needed. This is a highly collaborative, generalist role that will interface across R&D, sales, implementations, and operations leaders across the company. You will work directly with Bedrock’s leadership team, board, and commercial partners to deliver on our mission to transform the world of heating & cooling buildings. In doing so, you will help set the early foundation of our organizational culture, business operations, commercial deals, and external reputation, and you will be a strategic thought partner in the formation and deployment of a new clean energy asset class. This role is intended to cover this broad, generalist mandate for ~18 months. After this period, a successful individual will transition into a leadership role launching & owning a functional area of the organization, and will help backfill and train a new Chief of Staff.
