Who are we?

Hi! We're Bee Talents, an IT recruitment agency that has been helping clients from all around the world in building their technical teams since 2015. Today, we would like to invite you to participate in the recruitment process for Minimum Studio.

Minimum Studio is a low-code company creating digital products for clients. For the past few years, they've been helping great entrepreneurs from all over the world build their companies, by building beautiful products in an iterative fashion. They’ve been using a combination of thoughtful product design, visual development in Figma, Bubble, AI and traditional coding by building our own plugins and integrations.

Their culture can be summarised in a few words - they’re: a) passionate problem-solvers, creative and tasteful, b) entrepreneurial, but also collaborative, kind, empathetic and helpful for clients c) curious, learning fast and feeling excited about creating new things. They build great software in the most pragmatic way for clients to launch their first products, but also bring innovation to corporates & on SMBs scale.

Recently, they decided they decided to grow their team and that's why we are looking together for a dedicated Junior UX/UI Designer (with at least 0,5 years of experience in design) who is excited about learning and building new designs for completely new products.

What can Minimum Studio offer you?
💰 Salary: 6-12k net on B2B (0% VAT on the invoice) with 25 paid days off
📈Plan: long-term possibility of growing within the company
⏱  Working hours: flexible (typically between 8:00 and 18:00)
⌛ Regular meetings: only 3 in a week (1:1 with the coach, company one and one with client)
👩‍💻 Working mode: 100% remote (as they don’t have any physical offices)
📍Office location: none, but we’re looking for people already based in Poland
💻 Equipment: New Macbook Air!
🌴 Journeys included: 3 trips per year to southern Europe (last time team was in Portugal - gathering +
strategic planning)
🇬🇧 Speaking language: English as they work worldwide
🗺️ Methodology: working in an agile way in a small international team (up to 10 people)
🤝 Clients: both new start-ups and big ones like Unilever, located all over the world!

The biggest challenge will be: getting to know the way of working at Minimum Studio and onboarding from day one, so you can become a part of the team quickly. 

Your tasks will be:

    • being responsible for creating designs in Figma and Bubble,
    • collaborating with the development team (usually, designer gets the prototype from a developer, later defines interface and creates its in more UX/UI-friendly way in Figma + low codes in Bubble), 
    • working closely with Naël Mahouton, experienced Product Designer at Minimum Studio, who will be also your mentor and team leader,
    • cooperating strongly with the client (daily/weekly communication, gathering feedback, improving interface according to client’s needs etc.),
    • following project instructions, generating creative ideas, and contributing to shaping the future of Minimum Studio.

What we expect from you:

    • min. 0,5 years of commercial experience in UX/UI design in Figma (or similar),
    • portfolio with recently done design projects (preferably commercial one),
    • UX-friendly and creative approach, 
    • communication skills at the level that allows to talk with the clients,
    • min. B2/C1 level of English (as clients are all over the world).

    • Nice to haves: low-coding skills and experience in Bubble (or any other low-code tool) would be a great advantage!

 3. Preparing Loom Video by a candidate + decision from MS.
 4. Preparing Moodboard by a candidate + decision from MS.
 5. Up to 60-minute meeting with Naël and ​​Mike + decision from MS.
 6. Design assessment (sent later by Marta) to solve by a candidate + decision from MS.
 7. Offer from MS or feedback from BT.
