Position Overview
Become a member of Beedie Living’s dynamic marketing team and contribute significantly to the promotion of our residential communities. In this role, you will be one of our marketing leads within our residential division, ensuring our projects reflect our online presence with our residential brand, engages audiences and yields results. If you are an experienced creative leader who loves synchronizing schedules and executing on all the marketing plan stages to craft innovative marketing, we want to hear from you.
We are downtown Vancouver in-office collaborators and have the ability to be on-location at presentation centers, sites and events.
Key Responsiblities
- Facilitate, execute, and manage all project marketing variables from initial research to launch and tempo campaigning
- Be involved in the programming and co-ordination of the sales and marketing presentation centre and show homes
- Collaborate and execute on Beedie Living marketing strategies and communication
- Delivery of marketing materials for residential sites and promotions
- Support all Realtor, preview, and prospect events
- Manage online, website and social marketing presence
- Efficiently manage marketing budgets and vendor relations
- Work effectively with multiple internal and external partners to get tasks completed on time and on budget
- Collaborate and execute detailed briefing and co-ordination of creative agencies, team members and suppliers to ensure effective and on-budget/time delivery
- Manage presentation centre set up and shut down
- Lead marketing and demand generation strategies for real estate developments
- Stay up to date on relevant competition and marketing/real estate trends
Desired Skills and Experience
- An applicable degree or diploma and equivalent marketing experience, with real estate marketing experience, an asset
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience of marketing and demonstrable project management experiences
- A deep understanding of project life cycle, and proactively understands and anticipates next steps
- Experience in brief writing and managing related vendor relationships (Creative, Print Product, Media, Signage digital rendering, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word Doc, Power point), Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and project management systems
- Proficient with social media platforms. Experience with social content creation is an additional asset
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Extremely strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to pivot with changing priorities
- Highly collaborative and flexible approach
- Understanding of Vancouver’s residential real estate development industry, is an asset
$90,000 - $105,000 a year
The annual base pay range for this position will be based on the desired experience level for this role. Additionally, Beedie recognizes exceptional individual and team performance through our pay-for-performance bonus program.
